I am ok now...Very healthy so don't worry :-)
在這18個月的演藝生涯裡，我知道要保重自己不要身病是很重要的(尤其是我最害怕的偏頭痛啊) 。雖然這些日子以來我有時候難免還是生病了，但是很少影響到很多可以跟歌迷朋友互動的重要活動。我一直都覺得自己很幸運，因為我是那種很難在偏頭痛的時候，同時還可以好好工作的人。也許很多人可能沒有經歷過偏頭痛，所以不知道它是多麼恐怖。那個痛苦是跟著你的每一個心跳在進行著的哈哈…所以你動作越大，心跳越快，痛苦就會加重! 哈哈你可以想像嗎﹖
在這一趟內地的行程中，我真的很unlucky也很難過因為行程中的第三天到第五天，我整個是喉嚨痛到很嚴重。而且也因為失眠的關係，我開始偏頭痛…其實，我是非常喜歡旅行的人，就算當我還沒進入演藝圈的時候，我也是那種可以帶著興奮的心情到處旅行的人。雖然this time是一邊工作，但我還是很享受，而且把旅行當作是一個學習的經驗，體驗一下各城市的人的生活，風景，美食還有各地的文化﹗
不過，這一趟旅程可說是我最遭的旅程! 每一餐，不管食物有多麼美味都…看起來一點胃口都沒有，因為我連吞食都很辛苦。而且，有一天早上我睡醒的時候，我的鼻子甚至不停流鼻血! 難得有機會跟內地的朋友見面，我卻這樣子，真的讓我很氣也很失望啊…我沒有辦法做到最好,也沒有辦法讓大家１００﹪投入在我們的每一個表演…對大家真的很抱歉﹗
而且，我們也要為每個被取消的活動跟大家道歉。當我知道因為人太多而造成安全的問題，讓活動被取消的時候，我真的感到很不好意思! 我還跟company說如果以後不確定活動能不能１００﹪不取消,那就不要organize好了因為我知道有很多人，包括從其他城市一早趕來，等了好幾個小時，甚至因為天氣太冷也生病了…我也聽說有些人為了可以入場或買到簽名專輯結果最後被人騙財! 未來的日子裡，請大家一定要注意，不要再輕易相信別人，或付＄，除非你親眼證實看到你要的東西，好不好? 好啦就當作是一個經驗，也不要太難過，就提醒自己以後要多注意啦!
雖然行程當中我整個人的身體狀態很不OK…唯一可以讓我忘記生病這件事的是當我站在台上和你們互動的時候…其實，我要跟你們分享一個“奇蹟”…在上海的彩排活動上，我真的被我的偏頭痛逼到受不了了，可是當活動開始我一站上舞台的那一刻，我在介紹我自己，聽到你們的掌聲的時候，真的很不可思議! 你相信嗎，偏頭痛在這一刻完全消失了，這一定是當我看到你們的時候，太開心也太興奮了，是你們給了我力量，讓我的頭痛真的消失了…你們真的很厲害啊!!! 哈哈! 謝謝你們!!!
最後，我想跟大家說我現在已經好了。我回來台北的那天晚上，就馬上去看醫生，也買了很多水果! 為了可以在這個禮拜天跟大家開心見面，我會好好照顧自己的健康啦﹗:-)
嘿，最近天氣很冷喔所以要穿多一點衣服喔，還有老話一句，多吃水果，少喝冷水☺

For the past 18 months in Showbiz, I knew how important it was to keep myself away from sickness (especially migraine, which is my biggest fear) and I was very fortunate that though I was sick in the past, it seldom coincides with any activities that requires me to focus or keep direct contact with fans. I always thought I was very lucky as I know it would be really hard on me if I had to work and at the same time having migraine. Perhaps not many of you have experienced migraine before but it is really terrible¡ The pain will attack you according to the beat of your heart rate¡ so the more you move, the faster your heart rate is and the more severe your pain is! Can you imagine it?
During our trip to mainland China, I was very unfortunate and at the same time very impatient as I got very severe sore throat from the 3rd day of our trip and from the 5th day, I started having sleepless nights which was the cause of migraine¡ Actually, I am the kind of person who loves traveling and even before I entered showbiz, I knew I was able to travel a lot and it really excites me though I know its for work but at least its an experience as I get to learn and see how people from overseas work, the sceneries, food and culture of every city!
However, I had the worst experience in my recent trip! Every meal, no matter how delicious the food was¡ seem tasteless to me because I had a hard time swallowing every portion of the food. Also, there was this morning when I woke up, blood from my nose was all over my face! I was really frustrated and disappointed at the same time as it was a rare opportunity to meet up fans in mainland China and that time¡ I was not able to give my 100% percent and let everyone enjoy every second of our performance... I am really sorry!
Also, we would like to apologize for any cancelled activities. When I knew that the activity has to been cancel, I felt so sorry for everyone but it was really due to security reasons as there were too many people! Honestly, I was a bit affected by our company¡¯s decision, which I even informed them that we shouldn¡¯t organize activities when they are not 100% sure that there won¡¯t be any cancellations. I know many of you including those who flew from other cities came very early and waited for hours and some even got sick due to the cold weather¡ I also heard that some of you paid money just to get an entrance pass and autographed album but got cheated in the end! Please be aware about this in the future and do not simply trust anyone or pay anything until you get to see the things you asked for, ok! It¡¯s an experience so don¡¯t get upset anymore but be more careful in the future!
Though I was very weak during our promotional trip¡ the only thing that helped me forget about my sickness was when I was on stage interacting with you guys¡ Actually, There was a miracle that I want to share with you guys¡ During the Shanghai activity rehearsal, I felt really terrible and my migraine was killing me but when the activity begun, the moment I went on stage, the moment I introduced myself and the applause from you guys, the feeling was so special! Believe it or not, the migraine just went away and I think it might be due to the fact that I was too excited and happy as you guys really gave me the energy to let the migraine disappear¡ You guys are so so POWERFUL!!! Thank you guys so much!!!
Lastly, I want to inform all of you that I am ok now. The night I returned to Taipei, I went to the doctor and bought lots of fruits! I will take very good care of myself so I can be as healthy as possible in order to have fun with you guys this coming Sunday, ok? :-)
Hey, weather is getting cold nowadays so wear more clothes and as usual, eat more fruits and don¡¯t drink too much cold water ☺
